Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Some remote locations may have limited service or longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above โน499.
- A flat shipping fee of โน49 applies to orders below โน499.
- Applicable charges are always shown clearly in your order summary before payment.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2โ4 business days.
- Other cities & towns: 4โ7 business days.
- Remote areas: 7โ10 business days.
Orders are processed within 24โ48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Prescription orders are dispatched only after the prescription has been verified.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an AWB (tracking) number and a tracking link via email and in your My Orders page. You can track your shipment in real time through our logistics partner.
5. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or report it within 48 hours with photographs via our Contact page. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
