Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. Here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped.
- To cancel, go to My Orders or contact our support team with your order number.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the conditions below.
2. Return Window
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Prescription medicines and any medicines, once delivered.
- Supplements, protein and consumables where the seal has been opened or broken.
- Skincare, beauty and personal-care products that have been opened or used.
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
This does not affect your rights in the case of a wrong, damaged, defective or expired product being delivered.
4. Eligible for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if you received:
- A wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- A damaged or tampered product.
- A defective or expired product.
- An incomplete order with missing items.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs via our Contact page.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and arrange a pickup or guide you on next steps.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or replacement.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
- Refunds for prepaid (online) orders are credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as you prefer.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
